The day will continue the mental health conversation from the perspective of everyday people and real life stories of survival, resilience and hope. This day will promote experiential awareness and education through wellness activities, masterclasses, and live Q&A for one of the panel discussions “Kumusta Ka Talaga?”
Access to the event include in-person attendance and experience to:
- Panel Discussions talking about lived experiences from different walks of life
- Talks on rest & recovery and nutrition
- Access to 2 Masterclasses of your choice from topics like nutrition, mental health, and more
- Access to interactive activity booths
From 5pm onwards live-event access will be open to the general public for self-discovery and mental health education and awareness.
