JM Quiblat is a Musician and Video Producer. He wrote his first song in 2004, and formed bands such as Sleepwalk Circus and Crowjane, among others. He attended The first Elements Music Camp in 2010, spearheaded by Philippine National Artist for Music, Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, and was invited to document the succeeding camps after bringing a video camera along with his acoustic guitar. This led to him directing live-programs for Radio Republic.

JM started speaking publicly about the importance of Water Safety in the Philippines after a near-fatal surfing accident in October, 2018. Because of the critically essential actions of friends, family, and Medical Professionals, he is deeply grateful to be able to paddle out today.
