Lyn Hazel Calawod (@mindcoachhazel) is an Australian-licensed Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of brain rehabilitation, mental health and cognitive behavioral therapy. Hazel is the Founder of NeuroBalance and Precision Sports Therapy, and leads a team of rehabilitation specialists providing holistic therapy services to persons with pain & injuries, elderly, kids with disabilities and athletes for human performance optimization.

She is also an Elite Sports Performance Coach with clients ranging from UFC fighters, Under Armor athletes to world champions in Esports. She was the Sports Mind Coach of Bren Esports- 2021 Valorant Team who became Southeast Asian Champions and secured a spot at Valorant Masters Berlin under her lead.

Hazel took up a course at Harvard University- School of Public Health on ergonomics and human factors. She won first place in 2021 BR41N.IO’s global competition for artificial intelligence in the neurorehabilitation data analysis category. Hazel’s also one of the finalists of Australian Embassy’s 2018 Australia Alumni Excellence Awards

    [Formerly called Neurobalance Therapy 101] During this masterclass, you will learn the brain science behind anxiety and depression. You will also gain practical and brain-based therapeutic techniques to manage symptoms and imbalances in your mood,feelings and behaviors. This masterclass not only aims to equip its participants with a solid scientific understanding of how stress, anxiety and depression manifests in the body and mind of a person but will also teach its participants how to shorten their own healing/recovery process through developing healthy behavioral habits. This masterclass is packed with interactive mental health and wellness activities including a cognitive behavioral therapy session with mindfulness training, meditation and movement exercises that will help rewire the brain.
