Jetro Rafael is the founder of van Gogh is Bipolar. A world renowned safe haven & café in the Philippines known to serve mood-healing nutrition.

He is also a prolific artist. He has exhibited his work both in the Philippines and Europe and has his creative works exhibited at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Manila FAME, Art Fair Philippines,  & the P-NOISE Cultural Art Festival in Copenhagen.

He sees himself as a modern nomad and has traveled to more than 50 countries around the world. He sees Mother Earth as his home, humanity as his race. and love as his religion.

Currently, he is active in spreading unconditional love, kindness and self empowerment through The Love Project–an empowerment program for people who are ready to love and heal themselves.
