Joshua Webb is a former professional basketball player whose career took an unexpected turn when he discovered the life changing practices of yoga, mindfulness, and Breathwork. He then pursued his yoga teacher training in the beautiful Himalayan mountains of Dharamsala India.
He has also completed several science-based training courses such as the Oxygen Advantage by Peter Lakatos (based on the biochemical benefits of breathwork), as well as the Dana Santa Breath Better Program (based on the PRI philosophy which uses proper breathing mechanism to improve anatomy movement and posture).
David now teaches his very own hybrid practices of Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and various breathing protocols designed to train stress management and elevate peak performance.
