Eleanor Rosa Pinugu or Lynn is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Mano Amiga Philippines, a multi-awarded social enterprise focused on creating education and livelihood opportunities for low-income communities. She is an internationally certified trainer on Social Emotional Learning for Children, Adults, and Educators.

Lynn is also the Co-founder and CEO of She Talks Asia, a women-centered platform and impact agency focused on amplifying messages of empowerment, diversity, and inclusion. She has been named a WEF Global Shaper, UNAOC Fellow, Obama Foundation Leader, Asia Society’s Asia 21 Young Leader, GenT Leader of Tomorrow, and The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) awardee among many others.
