Join Elle Adda for this Mind-Body workshop where we will learn how to breakthrough our negative thought and emotional patterns that have kept us feeling stuck in a reactive cycle of stress. Together, we will learn mindfulness, breathing, and meditation techniques proven to calm the anxious mind as well as train our mental and emotional fitness. In this way, we can recover faster from stress, introduce positive perspectives, and respond to our challenges with more focus, energy, and purpose.
